This category is open to office projects that illustrate an all-around combination of good teamwork, a benefit to the surrounding community and a sound business plan exhibiting solid financial decision making, preferably also reflecting innovation, creativity and efficiency. An important milestone must have been completed in 2023 (groundbreaking, major pre-lease, major financing component, completion of a phase, etc.). Multi-phase projects can be considered in their entirety if a critical component achieved a milestone in 2023, or a component can be submitted individually.
