This category is open to any office, mixed-use or industrial project that’s on the boards waiting to be built, and it’s also open to exceptional projects that will never be built due to changing market conditions. Purely conceptual projects may also apply in this category. The judges will discuss unbuilt projects in the context of proposed architecture and design, space planning and awareness of target demographic/market. This category is open to designs conceived or created in 2023.
