This category is open to office projects that demonstrate outstanding execution of the developer's functional and aesthetic objectives to target a specific demographic. The judges will discuss the project's architecture, curb appeal, space planning and awareness of the target demographic/market. An important milestone must have been completed in 2023 (groundbreaking, major pre-lease, major financing component, completion of a phase, etc.). Multi-phase projects can be considered in their entirety if a critical component achieved a milestone in 2023, or a component can be submitted individually.
